2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Time & Date:   1pm to 3pm,  Sunday 30 November, 2025

Location:    Suite B, North Grenville Municipal Centre, 285 County Rd 44

Please RSVP via email to the Secretary at secretary@paws4funagility.ca  . If you cannot attend, please designate a member who is attending to be your proxy, and let the Secretary (and your proxy) know who you have designated. This is important because both you and your proxy count for meeting attendance, which helps us achieve quorum for the meeting, and your proxy can cast votes for you at the meeting.

• You should tell your proxy how you want them to vote in your name. You may tell them to abstain for you on all votes; Or, you may tell them to use their own judgement when voting for you; Or, you may review the agenda ahead of the meeting, and inform your proxy of your opinion on agenda topics and how you would like them to vote for you if and when required.
