Incident Management at Paws4Fun Agility

Paws4Fun Agility provides a method for handling incidents which occur at the Paws4Fun facility and/or events, or as a result of the actions, as related to Paws4Fun activities, of any member of the Paws4Fun Board of Directors, or Coordinators. (Note that this procedure is not a replacement for other methods of incident reporting, such as AAC incident reports, or legal actions.)

The Incident Management Committee (IMC) will investigate all Incident Reports filed with Paws4Fun, and recommend action to be taken to the Board of Directors. Prior to completing an Incident Report, please review the Incident Management Process, which can be found on the Policies & Procedures page.

As of April-1 2025, the members of the Incident Management Committee are:

Chair: Paws4Fun Board of Directors VP, Sandra Johnson
Permanent Members: Kim Pringle (term expires April-1 2028), Logan McMillan (term expires April-1 2027)

Reporting an incident is not an action to be taken lightly. Please think carefully and take all reasonable actions to resolve the issue privately between the parties involved prior to submitting a report.
